  1. Booking & Payment
    ● An advance payment is required within 24 hours of confirming the cleaning service.
    ● Service charges are based on your requirements and are set at a fair, non-negotiable

    ● Full payment is required once the service has been rendered.
  2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
    ● Cancellations made at least 12 hours in advance are free of charge.
    ● Late cancellations may result in a 50% service fee.
    ● Each booking allows for a one-time reschedule if requested 6 hours in advance.
  3. Scope of work
    ● Services are rendered as per the selected package (e.g., Deep Cleaning, Basic
    Cleaning, etc.).
    ● We do not provide pest control, electrical, or plumbing work.
    ● Special requests must be mentioned during booking and may incur extra charges.
  4. Access & Client Responsibilities
    ● Clients must provide safe and timely access to the property.
    ● Please remove or secure any fragile, valuable, or sentimental items before the
    service begins.
  5. Liability
    ● We are not responsible for:Pre-existing damage
    ● Wear and tear
    ● Low-quality or poorly maintained surfaces
    All concerns or complaints must be raised within 12 hours of service completion.
  6. Staff Conduct
    ● Our team members are trained, professional, and background-verified.
    ● Any form of abuse, harassment, or unsafe working conditions will lead to immediate
    service cancellation without refund.
  7. Satisfaction Guarantee
    ● If you’re not happy with the service, we offer one complimentary re-clean within 24
    hours, subject to verification and availability.
  8. Privacy Policy
    ● All client data and personal information are kept confidential.
    ● We do not share or sell client information to third parties.
  9. Policy Updates
    ● We may update these terms as needed.
    ● Clients will be notified of major changes via WhatsApp, email, or our website.
